Use LinkedIn to promote your vacancies

Account Types

Your district or department can establish a specific presence on LinkedIn. In order to create a Company Page on LinkedIn, you must first have a LinkedIn profile. You must own a personal LinkedIn profile set up with your true first and last name.
  • Individual account - an account that is personally tied to you and contains your current employment association.
  • Company page - add a Company Page by clicking here and follow all instructions. A company page helps others learn more about your district and the job opportunities. You can create one from the Add a Company page.


  • Post a Job on LinkedIn - create online job postings to advertise open positions at your company. These can be searched by job seekers throughout the LinkedIn network and will be recommended to potential candidates through the Jobs You May Be Interested In feature. To post a job click Jobs on the top menu and then click Post a Job button and follow the prompts. Here are full details on how to post a job.

Important: Job postings automatically expire 30 days after they're posted. You can renew your job or close your job posting at any time before it expires.
