Description: The count of visits a user has made to candidates between the first and last visit dates.

Search criteria:

  • District Name = defaults to the user’s district for DA and SA users.
  • School/Department Name = defaults to the assigned site for SA users.

Output Options: Web, PDF, Excel, Print

  • User Name = the user name (DA, SA)
  • District Name = the district for which the report was generated.
  • School/Dept = the name of the site at which the user is assigned.
  • User Title = the title associated with the user’s account.
  • Visit Location = a location within the system such as the Candidate Grid (CG) or Teacher Pool.
  • Number of Visits(s) = the count of visits to the specified location.
  • First Visit Date = the first date of a visit to the location.
  • Last Visit Date = the latest date of a visit to the location.
